Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 : Agra Sightseeing 0545 hrs

You will be picked up at 05:45 from your hotel in Agra. Meet your guide and head to witness the mesmerizing sunrise view of the TajMahal, hailed as "the epitome of love" and recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Your guide will provide insights into the monument as you marvel at the intricate calligraphy and artwork on white marble, lush green gardens, pools, and fountains. Take in the beauty of the four minarets adorning each side of the majestic dome.

After visiting the TajMahal, return to your hotel for refreshments or a change of attire.

Agra Fort

Around 10:30 AM, we will pick you up from your hotel to proceed with your visit to Agra Fort. This historic fort served as the main residence of the Mughal Dynasty Emperors. Your knowledgeable guide will narrate the tales of the bloody battles and impressive victories fought within its walls. Explore Jehangir’sHauz, Bengali Mahal, Babur’s Baoli, Akbar Mahal, Nagina Masjid, Ghaznin Gate, Diwan-i-Am, Hall of Private Audience, Ladies Bazaar, Mirror Palace, and other significant historical sites inside the fort.

FatehpurSikri

Later, you will proceed for an excursion tour of FatehpurSikri, a fascinating ghost city constructed in the 16th century by Mughal Emperor Akbar. Once serving as the capital of the Mughal Reign, it was later abandoned due to the scarcity of water sources. Located 37 kilometers away from Agra, FatehpurSikri boasts several main attractions, including the BulandDarwaza, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Sheikh SalimChishti, Tomb of Islam Khan I, Hall of Public Audience, Hall of Private Audience, IbadatKhana, AnupTalao, Mariam-uz-Zamani’s Palace, NaubatKhana, Pachisi Court, PanchMahal, House of Birbal, Elephant Tower, and more.

Itimad-Ud-Daulah

If time permits, you can visit the Itimad-Ud-Daulah Tomb, also known as the Baby Taj. This exquisite tomb is notable for being the first in India entirely made of marble.

In the evening, explore the local markets for shopping and collect souvenirs to take back home with you. Finally, we will drop you off at your hotel, marking the end of our services.
